Thom Shaw

Thom serves as Global Teams’ Board Secretary and is an attorney in private practice specializing in business and estate planning law.

He and his wife Sheryl are Floridians who have an appetite for caring for others. In addition to his service to Global Teams, Thom’s ministries include volunteer youth work at his church, helping ‘widows and orphans’ in his legal practice, and praying for people to save a child’s life by changing their minds outside of abortion clinics. Thom has had a big impact on Global Teams by helping the organization to flourish while God opens doors to the unreached. And vice versa, as Thom shares, ‘Global Teams has taught me not to assume certain unreached groups can never be reached and not to assume that third world countries cannot be actively involved in sending missionaries.’ Global Teams does both on a daily basis.
