In the 19th and early 20th Centuries, many Tajiks (a Persian speaking people group) fled the Russian conquest of their homeland and settled in Afghanistan. Following the takeover of the Taliban in 2021, some Tajik Afghans have fled to Tajikistan and other neighboring countries.

Pray that outreach ministries would open doors for Tajik refugees to hear about Jesus for the first time.
