Monica Lee
Monica brings over 45 years of missions leadership and field work. She became a Christian during her first year of college, and following graduation, pursued missions work full-time. She tested her calling to overseas work by working a year in Nepal. On her return, she helped pioneer a ministry that brought Bible training to remote tribes where SIL (Wycliffe) had just completed translations. For fourteen years she lived in the Caucasus, where she trained local staff and missions leadership. She taught English, directed a language school for expats, and worked with orphans.
Monica returned to the US and completed a Masters in Christian Formation and Discipleship. Within her organization, she works with approximately 125 long term overseas missions field staff. Monica stays connected to the areas in Central Asia and North America where she has relationships. She has a heart for Christian formation among missionaries internationally (especially in Central Asia). She’s a member of an International Anglican Church in Colorado.
