David Hasz, D.S.L.

David M. Hasz is President & CEO of Bethany International and President of Bethany Global University, a four-year degree-granting institution that is focused solely on training career missionaries.

He has participated in over 30 short-term trips and now oversees BGU students in 10 locations who are serving 13-month terms as intermediate missionaries. Prior to joining BGU, he served with Teen Mania Ministries, a short-term youth mission-sending organization.

David graduated with a B.S in Education from Oral Roberts University in 1991 and an MA in Intercultural Leadership from Bethany Global University in 2016. His doctorate is in Strategic Leadership with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership and Global Missional Leadership, earned from Faith International University in 2021.

In 2019, David completed his first Ironman triathlon, and he has run several marathons, including the Boston Marathon. He and his wife, Cassandra, live in Minnesota and have six children and six grandchildren.
