On Monday, four brothers from Africa will embark on a new adventure. Our Malawi country coordinator will be leading a team of three other GT field partners from that region on a Joshua and Caleb style exploratory trip among the Nahara of Mozambique. This is an exciting new opportunity to see the Good News come to a Muslim community with almost no known believers. We would like to invite to you to set aside some special time to pray for the team as they travel from Oct. 7-17th.

Pray for the following:

  1. Safety in travel. The team will be using buses, trains and taxis to travel across Mozambique to the coast where the Nahara live. If you’d like to read a bit more about the Nahara, here is a link: https://joshuaproject.net/people_groups/20820/MZ
  2. Unity in the team. This will be first time all four of these men have worked together.
  3. Divine contacts. They are trusting God that His Spirit will lead them to men and women of peace among the Nahara.
  4. Health. It is harder to listen to the Lord if you are not well!
  5. Platform. Where would they go in this region, and what kind of work would they do? Pray for Spirit-revealed open doors.
  6. Guidance. Pray for God will begin to speak to the team about who they will send to this pioneer region.
