Efforts with the Dodoth continue to bear fruit. We have nine churches  now! We are now training spiritually young leaders who have never heard many Bible stories. This is exciting, yet daunting!

Our medical missions in Karamoja feel like plowing the ground so that Kingdom seeds can be planted. Through such a compassion ministry, we are able to make new fields ready. Displaying God as the one who heals and His followers as freely sharing caregivers informs the community about God’s character and power.

Prayer Request:

Pray for training of new Dodoth leaders in Karamajong. Young believers and young leaders face many challenges:  spiritual and cultural.  Ask God to strengthen the churches that have formed.Neighboring tribes have been raiding Dodoth flocks which is difficult for this warrior tribe to tolerate.  Pray for God’s wisdom for believers to know how to respond. There are spiritual and cultural forces warring against gospel efforts.  Tribesmen worship many spirits and idols.  The witchdoctor holds much power in the region. Pray for spiritual hunger to increase both among believers and unbelievers.
