North AmericaGlobal Teams works in North America in several ways. Historically, the United States and Canada have been our “birthplace” and thus the center of most of our administrative and leadership energy. This is changing as we grow and become more truly international in our missionary personnel and leadership. However, there are several important Global Teams efforts in North America. Pioneer OutreachGlobal Teams is developing strategies for partnering with local churches to reach out to unreached peoples here in the cities of North America: Muslims, Hindus, Sikhs, and others. MobilizationGlobal Teams regularly recruits and trains missionaries from and in North America through our conferences, missionary visits, and consultations. Global Teams is also developing new initiatives in seminaries, and in the mobilization of “emerging culture youth” through creative partnerships with several organizations. |
